i’ve never really given much thought to singapore’s customer service but this takes the cake. i’ve been trying to call nokia care centre and the health promotion board’s school dental service for like over an hour and i have been put on hold almost the entire time. i mean hello?

so my call is important? were it not for the fact that i *really* need to schedule an appointment for my brother’s dental, and also the fact that nokia still owes my mum a battery, i wouldn’t give a damn about ever calling their crappy hotline… bullshit man. my call is important? like hell it is.
